Enter Portal About Website Oath of Office UsageThe Munroe Notices (M.P.N.) website was established in recognition of Richard W Munroe Jr. He was the inspiration and motivation for the development of this much needed website. After the loss of his mother at a very young age Richard went on, with the support of his local community, to become a national athlete and an inspirational educator and teacher. The striking stature of this man, at 6ft 7” matched the personality. As a role model and a nurturer to many of his friends, colleagues and students, he was persistent in ambition and resilient when facing challenge. He never ever gave up until his journey ended in April 2021 however, his influence, his spirit and his legacy continues on.
